Please read the following notes BEFORE you complete and submit your registration:
- Registration for the IRO World Championship 2024 is open from Wednesday 12th of June.
- The number of starting places is 42 per discipline.
- We recommend that you fill in the World Championship registration form on your computer.
- Please clarify in advance whether you fulfil all qualification criteria (see qualification mode). There you will also find the list of FCI judges.

- Please note that only ONE registration form for ALL participants should be sent per NRO. The order of the starters corresponds to the order of the participants in the registration form.
- Each NRO is requested to register its team as provided in the online form:
1 team leader
1 participant for rubble
1 participant for area search
1 participant for tracking
In accordance with the IRO World Championship guidelines, each NRO may enter two additional participants per discipline, as well as one reserve starter.
- We would like to point out that the World Championship registration per NRO is ONLY completed as soon as ALL required data have been submitted in full according to the registration form, which means the
- proof of the necessary IPO-R RH B Test(s) within the qualification period (with minimum GOOD) by means of the score book (title page with details of dog handler and dog as well as this/those page(s), which are decisive for the WCH qualification), as well as
- portrait photos.
ALL photos please in print quality, min. 200 x 300 px, 300 dpi, the maximum file size is 1 MB, file format: jpg. or tiff. Please note that the photos will be published in the WCH catalogue.
- In order to save the necessary pages of the log book per participant in ONE pdf file, it is possible to combine 2 or more image files or pdf files INTO ONE FILE, using the following link:

You can drag&drop the individual PDFs or JPGs into the yellow area and then download by clicking on “download”. The finished document is located in the “Downloads” folder on your PC’s explorer.
The maximum file size is limited to 1 MB. - We recommend that every NRO wishing to take part in the World Championship collects all the necessary documents in advance and defines the order and reserve starters so that everything is available at the start of registration and the registration can be completed in full.
Subsequent changes or submissions should therefore remain the exception. - All important informations as well as further details can be found in the IRO WCH Guidelines.
- When entering birth and litter dates, you can quickly change the year in the calendar by clicking on the year.
- Consent to the IRO general terms and conditions and safety instructions will be obtained on site during registration.
- For minors, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required and must be brought to the World Championship.
- No vaccination certificate needs to be submitted in advance, the vaccination status will be checked on site. Please note the IRO vaccination regulations.
- Please check your registration for correctness and completeness before sending it. Please make sure that your e-mail address/telephone number and all other details are correct.
The provided data cannot be changed independently at a later date.
Participation at the events:
- The WCH registration fee is € 95,-/participant.
- The participation fee for the festive evening is € 50,-/guest.
The festive evening will take place on Saturday, 7th of September, starting at 7 pm.
- A get-together with buffet will be offered at a price of € 25,-/guest. The buffet will take place after the drawing ceremony on Wednesday, 4th of September.
- The number of guests per NRO for both events will be requested in the participant confirmation e-mail, and a Google Forms link will be sent. Please complete this form by 20th of July at the latest.

only when your participation has been confirmed after the registration deadline and
after you have announced the number of guests at both events and please note
